Gated Community Resource Guide

Have you ever fallen in love with a community?  It’s a dream come true, you can afford the home, everything seems perfect…until you find out the Homeowners Association costs!  It happens to a lot of people in Southwest Florida.  HOA fees can make or break a deal.  I’ve spent the past year (in my spare time) researching and compiling Fort Myers HOA fees of some communities and what they include.  It’s not a complete list, but there are quite a few!  As we all know, they are subject to change so this list may not be completely accurate.  However, it’s a great resource for you.  It’s my pleasure to share it with you.  If you have any questions about specific communities, the HOA contact information is also provided there.  Feel free to click for the full list, print and keep!  It may just help you make a decision on if one community is right or not for you.
