What Is Your Home Really Worth?

What Is Your Home Really Worth?

The value of your home can change day to day, week to week, and certainly month to month. If we learn from our past, we know that home prices can rise and drop very quickly. So, if you are thinking of selling your home today, you need to know the actual value of your home so you don’t price it too high or too low. Your realtor is the person to speak with on this subject; they have access to all the information necessary to make an informed decision on pricing.

how much is my home worthPlease don’t rely on websites like Leepa or Zillow as there are many other factors that they cannot take into consideration. Realtors are trained to analyze the real estate market and the external factors to value your home correctly. Likewise, do your own research so that you can ask educated questions. Together you and your realtor can make better decisions about the true value of your home, and hopefully, sell it for the best possible price.

Likewise, they should know the specifics of the neighborhood, how desirable it is, churches, schools, entertainment, etc. if I’ve said it once, I’ve said it two times; your relationship with your realtor should be one of open and honest communication.
