My “Ah-Ha Moment”!
Why “Property Guiding LLC”? I’ll tell you why. It’s simple. It’s easy. It’s because of one reason. EDUCATION. After I got my real estate license I soon realized how little the general public knew about the real estate process…or as I like to call it, “the real estate maze”, because Lord knows it’s no simple process. I’m not trying to say people aren’t intelligent enough to understand it; what I’m saying is that most people are either misinformed or not educated on the subject whatsoever. Think about it, most of us will buy 1 or many more homes in our lifetime. This is one of the largest purchases we’ll make in our lives and could possibly determine the outcome of our long-term wealth. So, why do so many go through the “maze” blindly? It’s a 2-in-1 answer: They rely solely on their real estate agent & Their real estate agent doesn’t educate them.
Herein uncovers the flaw. When working with clients, lots of questions come up throughout the process…

…and the list goes on. My clients expect me know just about everything just short of the meaning of life :)! In all seriousness, when I work closely with someone there are expectations. A client expects me to be knowledgeable, which I am confident in. However, in no way will I portray myself as an expert in the last 4 of the above categories. Although, when someone enters into a transaction, I firmly believe that they DESERVE experts in all areas of the process. Follow me here…
Don’t you hate it when you call a customer service line and they pass you to 5 different people in 5 different departments, regarding the SAME subject matter at hand? Yeah, we all do. It was after quite a few closings that the light bulb finally went off for me! That’s exactly what we do in real estate. Got a legal question about the property? Here’s my guys phone number. Oh, you need a different loan? Here’s a card, email this woman. Etcetera, etcetera! At the end of the day, I can’t be licensed in all the categories above, but I CAN finally offer my clients ONE place to find the answers.
