Gated Community Resource Guide
Have you ever fallen in love with a community? It’s a dream come true, you can afford the home, everything seems perfect…until you find out the Homeowners Association costs! It happens to a lot of people in Southwest Florida. HOA fees can make or break a deal. I’ve spent the past year (in my spare time) researching and compiling Fort Myers HOA fees of some communities and what they include. It’s not a complete list, but there are quite a few!
